2 Dimensional Depth Using Color

Awesome painting of Jango Fett!

Great use of the dark color in the background and blending to the lighter, negative space in the foreground to create depth. In addition the fine details such as the shadows and highlights on the character really allow him to pop off the page.

For All Artists

I watched this video a few weeks ago and have been wanting to share it with others. If you are an artist you'll appreciate it.

My Inspiration

I created this blog to post a wide variety of things that interest me, inspire my creativity as a designer, and just to show off random things that I believe all should see. My goal is to have a large compilation of posts that not only inspire me, but my readers as well. Please be sure to check back regularly when you're in need of some great inspiration.
